Early Warning 2nd Interview.

I made it to the second round with Early Warning. They do a Google Hangout and then make you and offer from there, which is a little strange. There is not a face to face interview. The benefits are not as good as what I have at Apple. Plus they are not a public company, so no stock options. I am still at a loss about this company and would hate to leave a company like Apple just to go to a smaller company.

I don't think being a public company has anything to do with stock options.

Not public - no stock, no stock options. 🍆

Microsoft bwahahaha Feb 26, 2018

Maybe no stock, but definitely stock options

Is there a question somewhere or is this a rant?

Good thinking. Why’d you apply ?

Microsoft wlb Feb 26, 2018

Don’t go, you have already told us your preference and decision. You only go to a small company if there are strong non-financial reasons to go, or if you think you can make a ton of $$$ when they get big in future.

Microsoft kmuD53 Feb 26, 2018

Lol what were you expecting mr Apple

Amazon JezzBefos Feb 26, 2018

What makes you apply in the first place? It seems that regardless of how the interview went, you already had a prejudice against smaller companies that don't pay for on site interviews

Early Warning is owned by the big consumer banks and is more/less a consortium responsible for things like Zelle. I say don't do it.
