I’m on the fence between these 2 options on what to do with $100k: 1) Deposit cash into a crypto exchange (crypto.com), convert to USDC (stable coin), and earn ~14% APY (paid weekly). The funds are locked up for 3 months. Crypto.com is one of the largest exchanges, so funds should be secure. 2) Pay down 15-yr mortgage (2.25% rate); interest is ~$450/month. What would you do? No stock investments because I’m already invested.
Which crypto exchange gives you ~14% APY?

14% guaranteed? You know what they say about things that look too good to be true.
Those are not your only two options. I wouldn’t pay down mortgage with higher inflation environment but you don’t have to go to full crypto if not comfortable
Okay well instead of investing in USDC for that little APY best you look for better option USDT or BNB cause with $100k on a VIP pool on Binance you can count over 800k-1M in a year or more after settling commissions That’s why I’ve got an IA that helps me diversify my portfolio for me !! He trades for me using Binance and from his prospective a diversified portfolio features staking , lending, mining , airdrops bonuses etc So that’s how he manages to grow my portfolio in such manner !! I’m up 330% on my current staking project and it’s just 2 months old couple with how volatile the market has been. That’s best bro though he charges 10% of my total profits as commissions for a job well done !
Can you share how he is generating such high yields?

Who are these retards asking for dictatorship in India?
Impossible to answer without knowing the interest rate on your mortgage. Just go with whatever is a larger percentage. I would also factor in the risk of the USDC approach. Is that a guaranteed 14%? Are they going to walk with your cash? Seems too good to be true to be honest but I'm not well-versed in it.
