Yet another quake in the South Bay. Are you insured? What's your plan if your house collapsed and you're not insured?
Earthquake insurance is a joke. The likelihood of an earthquake large enough to destroy your house but not large enough to kill you and that the company is able to pay out claims is too low. Rebuilding a house is 'cheap' compared to the value of the land anyway.
Also, Deductible is often excessively high given the already high premium cost
