My priority date is Dec 2012.Didnt get GC last year.Is it a good idea to apply for eb5?
I didn’t get it too man… July 2012. Hate the fact that people from 2013 and 14 got it while we didn’t. Just hang in there. Hopefully in next few years
How’s that possible that you missed it? Didn’t apply at that time? Also, might be a weird question but why the PD keep fluctuating?
Applied and all right on time, all papers were in and ready for approval. Just that USCIS doesn’t follow PD, as was clear from how they adjudicated. So it was purely luck on how people got GC. There are folks from 2011 and 10 also waiting. Talk about injustice
I would wait till October bulletin to see what is the movement. If it only moves a few days then you can consider EB5. But ideally I would expect you to get it within few years. The real lucky ones are those who got GC with 2014 November PD in 2021!
