Ebay compensation global director comp non technical
Anybody have visibility to what a comp package looks like at Ebay for HCOL market, non-technical global director position? Would be great to understand from other peoples experience - Base, sign on equity, sign on bonus, RSUs and Bonus. This is for the revenue org/marketing strategy/partnerships. I can’t help with the compensation range; for engineering, levels.fyi is probably accurate (Principal Engineer == Director ~ $400k). Non-tech is likely lower, I guess. I like the culture here. People are friendly.
