Ebay phone interview for Marketing Optmization position

Hello folks, i have recently completed my Masters and searching for a full-time job. I have been facing little issues with round two interviews (hiring manager phone screening). I usually try to prepare myself with what’s there in the job description however usually at this stage hiring manager expectations are somewhat different than what’s written in the job description. This has now happened with me 3 times with really good companies like Amazon and i eventually got a reject from those positions. with this post I am hoping to reach out to folks who interview as hiring managers or folks who have interviewed with such hiring managers.
