Hello blinders from Redmond, I am looking to buy a home in education hill in Redmond, WA. I got some feedback from people living in south Redmond that commute from Bellevue or Seattle to education hill is pretty bad at rush hours due to congestion at 520. Anyone who lives in education hill can confirm this? Any other comments, pointers, please add. Thank you in advance.
I used to rent on Education Hill when working in downtown Bellevue. Worst part of the commute by far was getting off of 520 coming home. All exits I tried were always really bad. Made a 17 minute drive without traffic into 35 minutes, so I moved to Bellevue.
To be clear, I tried West Lake Sammamish, Redmond Way, and Avondale Way, and all of them were mind-boggling terrible in my opinion
Try Kirkland , seems central to your use case

The end of Backdoor Roth?!
The exit is clogged because of Microsoft. Only exit off the 520. 520 at that points becomes extremely clogged towards sammamish. No other way to go. Where will you be working?
I will be working in Redmond but wife might work in Bellevue or even Seattle. Need to plan for all possibilities
Bad both ways
