I am interviewing for data science role at Xometry. Anyone can comment on the company, culture, TC? TC: 200k
I thought their recruiter was amateurish and the process disorganized and unprofessional. However, the technical round seemed fair and very advanced. I was asked probability, math, advanced ML questions that are not part of most data science interviews. My impression was that unless the candidate has advanced math degree, it’s just too hard. Still, I am glad I went through the process even though I failed.
Company went through layoffs a couple weeks ago. They data science team looks cool, I think they are trying to go hybrid soon depending on your proximity to their offices
Any other feedback you can provide on company culture? I saw a bunch of negative reviews on Glassdoor but wondering if those were from the people affected by layoffs.
