Electronic Arts Development Director 2 Vancouver
Can anyone suggest if 120k/yr base pay is good or not for the Development Director 2 role at EA Vancouver? They’re offering bonus & stocks as well but a formal offer hasn’t been made yet. Based on reviews it looks like that’s been the range from a few years now.

Hard to say... I work in kids games in a senior design role and make more than this, so I'm surprised to see an eng director at this TC. Perhaps RSU and bonus will make a big difference here, though!
