Employee verification at Visa
How does visa do the background check? I heard they call the HR of the current employer , however my company is a small size company and my company will know if I am moving jobs? Any experiences on how they verify?

I don't think they call current employer. No sensible company in the world would do that. If any of them do it's the dumbest thing. To be extra sure, ask the recruiter and mention in the form as well. Per my experience they did not call current employer.
Most HR departments will only confirm dates of employment when someone calls asking for a reference.

Did you finish filling the bg-chk online form.. I don't think they call.. You can let them know through the form itself.. If you wish them not to call.. Just upload latest pay slips and W2..
