Hey folks! Have anyone got/heard of EB 1/2/3 green cards at FAANG? I can't find any info about that, but it seems a much better option both for companies and employees. Maybe I do not understand/know something
Whatsup at Toptal, I hear the ceo has all the shares?
The Information journal says so, that's right
Generally speaking all of the FANG will sponsor a green card, (1) if you ask, (2) if your manager like you enough to spend 10k+ in lawyers/fees of their budget, and (3) if they can (EB green cards are for people accepting jobs where they can’t find a citizen/LPR for).
So, basically, I can mention my eligibility for the eb visa in the first talk with recruiter, so that they would not skip my resume because I am a foreigner, right?
Technically, virtually everybody is eligible for EB cards given you can find a job that they are no Citizen/LPR willing to take them. But. Company almost never sponsors EB cards up front. Because the time from beginning to end of the process is roughly 2 years.

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
I think I was EB 2; I thought that’s the standard green card process.
Sounds cool. Did they make it in the first place or after H1B or another non-immigrant visa?
EB2 is for jobs that requires advanced degrees (or BS with 5+ yoe). EB2 and EB3 are the most common employment based green cards.
