Best Trading platform
Hi All. I am looking for good trading platform for Stocks in Canada. Currently using Scotia Itrade but they charge USD 9.99 per every transaction and even the charge the currency rate from CAD to USD. What's the best trading platform for trading US stocks from Canada. U.S has many options like Fidelity, Webull, RH (not anymore). I have looked into Questrade and Interactive brokers but haven't used them. I am trading around 10K CAD and looking for long term investments rather than day trading. #investments #personalfinance #canada

I'm happy with Questrade as long as you're planning long term hold not day trading because the infra sometimes shits the bed (it did on that big GME hype day and the day markets fell due to Covid).
Does questrade give you after hours trading ? And are there any transaction fees per trade?
