Amazon Pip before 2 years
If one gets pipped at Amazon before completition of 2 years (1.5 years) will he need to return any money or bonus? What is the severence money you get during pip? TC: 160k Location: Canada

Usually, you don't have to repay anything. Make sure your PIP offer states so clearly. I my case I was PIPed, and around a month later, Amazon asked me to repay part of the relocation package. I sent them my PIP agreement, where it states I'm relieved from any repayments, and that was it.
It has nothing to do with duration, when you get piped, no need to return anything .
