Equity Refresher for Software Engineers at tech companies.
Hey folks, I have a question, how does refresher look like for average to good performers (SDE2/3 level) in tech companies like Stripe, Two Sigma, MongoDb? Also could someone share, what to expect, taking example of 100k worth initial grant vesting over 4 years at the time joining. Thanks! #tech #equity

Two Sigma does not offer equity
It depends on the company and performance. You can check levels.fyi and deduct. Usually it would be 40-70% of initial grant
