I worked at Ericsson, Sweden for almost 12 years and recently resigned to join a new company in USA. Currently, I am in the process of purchasing a house in the USA, and the loan officer requires an employment verification certificate. I have made multiple attempts to contact both the HR and the payroll company, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. It appears that they can only send verification emails to Ericsson email addresses and not outside email addresses. I find this logic perplexing. How am I expected to access my Ericsson email address when I have already left the company? It is disappointing that Ericsson or the HR department has not been proactive in responding to requests from former employees. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can resolve this issue? Ericsson
Perhaps reach out to your ex-manager and ask for their support.
Even the manager is lazy , not even giving response.
OP! There is a phone number for employment verification that ericsson uses for 3rd party to verify employment status
Can you provide the phone number ?
You can call and provide your mailing address. They generally mail a physical letter to former employees.
