Ericsson vs Nokia vs Huawei
Not a famous comparison like AWS vs GCP vs Azure. But would like to know as an employee which one is the best company to work for. Considering pay and wlb. I know Ericsson wlb is great but it pays π₯
Working for Huawei in Europe (not in telecom but in a different sector). Huawei usually doesnβt hire directly here, rather they do it through 3rd party. Pay is much better than my friends working in Nokia.
How is the work life balance. Almost everyone I know complain about this aspect. They also agree with you that pay is better. However, I heard that they stopped paying bonuses for the last few years due to falling revenue
Iβm working in Scandinavia , and specifically in my team work life balance is great. But I have heard from some colleague in Germany that itβs not so good for them there. About bonuses, well usually the 3rd party hired people donβt get any bonus at all. But last year I was able to get one salary as a bonus.
