Saw a post by Ethan Evans that says his target comp was just 900K as a VP. Doesn't that seem too low? I think senior managers are 500K. So is director 700K and VP 900K?

I'm a L7 ASM with 1M TC, for tech VPs it should be definitely greater than 2m on the lower end
