I’ve had a few recruiting firms reach out to me and offer a hundred dollar Amazon gift card if I am willing to meet with them, with their end goal being to establish a relationship with my company/department to act as our outsourced recruiter. Is it fine to take them up on these offers? Is there anything shady about it? Personal gain because of the position I’m in in my company? Hidden strings attached?
Someone needs to redo their business conduct training and post their TC or GTFO
If you don't know the answer to your question, then you probably should not be in your current role. I'll give you a hint... If you have to ask, then it is probably _____
Toast Inc, -70% since ipo. That must sting.
That really doesn't matter if joined after... And more importantly, really doesn't matter as it relates to your question and your unethical practices...I suppose that's why you work at an unknown place called BHG.
Thank you for your support

Greed, very likely over the limit. Clearly a cheap bribe, they should take you to dinner instead. This should have more zeros.
Did you mean for this to read like a poem
A greedy soul knows no control, Their heart consumed with lust for gold. The limit crossed, a line defied, Their cheap bribe is hard to abide. Instead, a dinner date is due, To show goodwill and follow through. More zeros on the check they seek, Their hunger for wealth, oh so bleak. But kindness is the better route, To build a bond that's strong and true. For when the zeros start to soar, Morality can be ignored.
It would not be ethical if it’s against company policy.
