Recruiter told me onsite interview will be an open book panel style interview. What does it mean? Any insights into how their interview process differs from other companies? TC : 180K
It's pretty normal, same as FANG for the most part. There are only a few differences. One is a "lunch buddy" which is casual and shouldn't be taken as an interview - it's completely ungraded. The other is a culture fit interview with the CTO. Besides that, 2 technical on-sites.
