Evaluate Disney streaming services offer for Sr. Technical Program Manager
Hey Blinders, I really need your help evaluating DSS offer for my friend: Role: Sr. Technical program manager YOE: 7 Location: Los Angeles Base: 155k Performance bonus: 7% Joining RSU: 80k over 3 years Sign on bonus: 15k Annual stock refresher: 30% of base Is this a good offer? What portions of the offer are negotiable?
That’s so weird. It seems like they are lowballing then. Because I am sure the position is for Sr. Program Manager. What do you think the numbers should look like for base and rsu?
Disney (from experience) is cheap because plenty of people want to work there. That’s a lowball offer.
