I have an E4 offer from Facebook with the following split 160k base 300k equity 10% target bonus 20k sign on Have competing L3 offer from Google with very close TC. This seems like a strong E4 offer to me. 2 YOE

Wow that's a ridiculous l3 offer from Google then. Why wouldn't you take the l3 offer and then try and get promoted, which gives you a bump? L3 expectations at google are far lower than e4 expectations at fb im pretty sure
the google offer was initially much lower until i received an offer from fb. they were able to beat the fb offer by a little bit
I would 100 percent take google, tbh. More money for less expectations is great.
