Recently received offer from Google and want to get a sense of how good this is. Base: 210K Stock: 675k Sign on: 25K Including the target 20%, (and with the accelerated vesting schedule), TC is 499K I’ll be based in Seattle/Kirkland Product YOE: 3; other YOE: 7 Current TC: 300k

L6 with 3 years of product experience is very very impressive I'll recommend taking it

OP, if it helps i received a very similar offer from GCP for L6 PM which I was told was towards the higher side of L6 band. I am still deciding wherther to accept or not. Do you happen to know what the targeted equity refresher is for L6 PM?
