Base: 130k CAD Sign bonus: 15k CAD Stocks: 60k USD ( 4 years) Level: L64 The US offer is same except the base in USD - 149k USD. Please evaluate. I feel it's very low.
It’s really only a lowball is they are offering lower than your current TC, isn’t it?
I am not sure. Isn’t it wrt industry standard or what the company can reasonably give for such a position ?

Megashit offer. L64 might get 250k stock. And if you look at a decent company like Google then you can get 800k stock as an L5 that is equal to L64 at Microsoft

I got $350K at l64. This is quite high. I’ve heard rumors of a little higher.

Base is a bit low, stock and signing is pretty bad, but remember that it'll be around 30% lower than what you'd get in redmond, so take that into account when redmond Microsoft people comment on this thread.
They have lowballed you. Definitely room for more in all components. Especially stocks and signing. Speaking for Seattle office.
