Yoe??
Congrats! G all the way! Especially in this economic climate
How about now? Do you think G all the way? Especially in this economic climate?! đ
Insane offer for 10 YOEs. Do you have a PhD?
Congratulations!! How did you manage to get these many offers during this slow hiring?
I think its a lot of luck and good preparation
How did you prepare?
Yeah.. seems so unlikely. Good for them if they did
Thatâs a crazy high L6 offer from Google congrats. I would choose between Stealth startup or Google, the equity on the startup seems really nice
How long did you prep for LC / system design? Any tips for getting where you are for someone starting their career?
For system design if you get lucky to work on scalable solutions that is the best way to learn. Obviously books like System Design Interview: An Insider's Guide and https://www.educative.io/ are great resources but if you have worked on similar problems you are more confident in your answers. For some one who is starting their career I would say try to work to learn as much as you can, if you can't at a job thats when you should switch money will eventually follow
What was the most effective way for you to learn quickly? Did you join companies with good growth and spend more time working to learn more? Or was it a good manager/mentor that helped you quickly grow as an engineer? What has your experience been like over the past 10 years? Was it mostly working in big tech or did you work at startups too? Just trying to gauge the best approach for learning/growth.
Join google and boomerang after 2 years to sony. Can you share whatâs your positive things which get you google L6, have seen google down level so much honesty curious how did you get staff? Congratulations đ
Thanks! Have been strongly considering this option!
A stealth startup sounds like a very young company. This Vs Google, Twitch, Twitch sounds like apples Vs oranges. You should first decide whether to take the stealth offer or not. If not, then compare the rest. Google offer looks great and I am leaning towards that. You look like a rockstar in your current company as well as at nailing the Google interviews⌠congrats and good luck!
The stealth startup sounds like CloudKitchens.
yes it is CK!
Whatâs your Yoe?
