T24 scale is not that high, last year my offer started with 150k + ~80k rsus/3Y.

Yep pretty good offer for T24. If you can get some signon bonus that'd be awesome. Remember there will be refreshers every year based on your performance
I would push for T25 with 6 YOE
Very rare to get T25 with 6 YOE. Usually 8-9 years is min required for T25

6 YOE can go for t25 but it depends on interview performance. Usually t25 is 8 yoe Its a good offer for t24, you can try 160k base, 120K RSUs..if they say no then 30k sign-on
