What do you think about this offer? Position (Boston): Applied Scientist, L5 for phd + 2yoe Base: 150k signon: 94/70 RSU: 140 Do you think that the RSU is quite low? The deadline for my decision is in 1 week. Is it usually possible to extend it? Thanks.

Pretty close although my rsu are little lower. It’s was priced at 2k at the time of my offer and I’m guessing that’s why

Yes, I have see. Offers for 2-5 YOE in this range with relevant PhD.
No not low -250 to 260 is good for AS L5
Thanks. If I use the current stock price of AMZN (1,581), tc for year 3 and 4 is around 238k, and it's lower than tc in year 1 and 2. Is this normal?
Should be fine -It’s a bit tough to predict stock prices then so you can worry about it later.
