Looking at 180k base , 40k sign on 80k RSU over 4 years No clarity on -what would be annual bonus - will I get RSUs every year or since I will be given80k for four years at the beginning there will not be any RSUs for next 4 years ? IC4 , YOE -10

Depends on the team and department , RSUs refreshers are not guaranteed every year

If your interviews went well, you can expect 150k types. Different orgs may have different limits. You should get good refresher each year if you’re performing well .
