Evaluate my Verizon Offer (Analytics)
Hi Blind Community! Wanted to get thoughts on the below offer from Verizon. Think I can up base to 185k? I might have a competing offer at the same time. Also, any experience with regards to sign on bonus negotiation? I was really looking for senior manager roles so any thoughts on discussions for leveling up a role and if that is too much of a reach? I’m curious about what OP ended up doing. Did u negotiate more for base? Or take the other offer?
Base 175 for NY isn’t that low ??
So at manager level (band 6 at VZ) you’ll get 20% STI and 10K LTI. In terms of a 175k base at the manager level that’s definitely on the higher end of the band. You’d be making more than most Sr Managers at VZ (they are the same band as manager).
