I have an offer from Toyota North America for a Senior Manager position. I’m not familiar with the work culture and compensation at Toyota. Please comment if Toyota North America is a good place to work and on the Offer and if I can get more base pay. Edit - Using my previous employer tied blind account. I current head a program at a much smaller consumer products company. YOE: 14 Job Location - Plano, TX Offer: $200k base+ $34k annual bonus+ $13200 annually towards vehicle lease car allowance level - JL19 Hybrid work with the expectation to be in office occasionally Current TC - $174 base + 18% bonus 100% remote Update 1# Rejected the offer for comp and lack of remote #cybersecurity #toyota
Location ?? Pay is on par with other OEM like GM. Nothing too great or too terrible.
job is based out of TX.
You are from WITCH, you know you will take the offer, No need to ask here
Wish your comment was helpful in trying to make a decision.
I worked at TMNA for a short time many years ago- albeit in an entry level role, the work culture is pretty solid. Mgmt cares, and it takes a lot to get in there. Crazy tenured leadership too with low turnover at higher ranks.
Also, when you lease a vehicle with their program, insurance is included and miles are unlimited. You get to spec out a vehicle from the factory just how you want it. Very generous. One I was looking at was priced about $600/m if I remember right. Outside of the company it would’ve been well over $1100/m incl. insurance.
