Dude, look for a more competitive offer and use it as leverage for a higher salary, or accept a higher offer if you can get it. My company started me in a mid-level position at $120k with 4 YOE.

So they'll call you a senior without any of the experience nor half of the pay. Interesting tactic. One I'd expect from a desperate start-up
