Received offers from flexport and google. Please help me which one to pick. Flexport: 340k Google: 330k Role: Product manager, YOE: 10. Google is my dream company but flexport stock can go up 4x in the next 3 years. Flexport guys can I negotiate for more money?

Really? I mean, there's an insane amount of money to be made in transportation industry but if that's really all they do, why are they so valued and popular?

I see lot of eng from Google and meta at flexport. But PM org is pretty weak except for some teams. Lot of Amazon PMs.
