Evaluate the offers
4 yoe at Cisco, current TC 180k WalmartLabs: level: Senior swe, 150k base, 20% target bonus, 160k RSU over 4 years, 20k sign on, TC ~220k Apple: 160k base, 40k sign on, 200k RSU over 4 years, TC ~220k Apple offer is in Cupertino, Walmart labs offer is in Sunnyvale. Still interviewing with others, but if i were to choose between these two, which one should be better in terms of growth, learning, wlb. Any pointers appreciated.

Please mention the reason as well. Would be great for me to compare. Growth, learning and good wlb are some key considerations for me.
Work at Walmart is great, wlb is very good and the engineering culture is pretty solid. But Aaple is a much better Engineering band than Walmart. Moreover Walmart doesn't know how to take care of it's employees. There's no place to sit in the office and no place to park your car. If you come to work after 10, you have to either walk a mile to reach office or risk your car being towed away. And even after all these you have to tour the entire floor to find a place to sit. These seem like petty issues but management is determined not to solve them. So if you have a competing offer, it's a no brainier to not join Walmart. I m on my way out and so are most of my colleagues. walmartLabs could have been a really great brand but a handful of poor leaders just ruined it for everyone.
No bonus from Apple ?
You won't get 160k walmart's rsus in 4 years. You will get less than a half. Ask your recruiter about vesting schedule.
Apple of course. Walmart culture is pretty bad from what I heard.

Apple didn’t tell the level yet, for Walmart labs it is senior software engineer
Is it 40k per year stock or weird vesting schedule where you get 10k first year + 20k next and so on. Also from other blind posts senior base in Walmart e-commerce, NJ goes upto 180k.
