Evaluating Amazon Pro Services Offer
Just got an offer from AWS professional services position as a Data Architect 140K base+ (bonus) 44/34 + 60 RSU. (Dallas) I feel it is less that what I was expecting considering I have an better TC offer from a non FANG F500. I am trying to evaluate this offer and how to negotiate with AWS recruiter. Does any one know how fast Amazon negotiation process is. BTW I do not know the level of the position yet. Thanks, CCgx13

sparked Feb 18, 2019Dallas has notoriously low SE comp. and even FANG which seem to not care about location appear to tank offers in the Dallas area and it makes no sense to me. Same COL as Austin yet devs at the same company will make 20% less
