I wouldn’t take it but that’s me. At your yoe you should be aiming close to 350+. This falls a bit short but it’s decent (300k) for first two years. Then it’s like 260k after which is low. If you are confident in your skills I would negotiate hard and ask for a lot more and prepare to walk. Lots of other companies out there giving out better packages for your yoe. Keep interviewing.
