You mean employers? 🤣
Lol I was confused what OP was trying to say.
Yeah, I saw this post and another post from someone in the same org with a milder, but similar tone. Its the first time I am seeing such posts from an active Amazon employee - maybe they have already found another job and are on the shame spree now? Whatever it is, I commend these people for speaking up since I for one wouldn't be able to put such posts even if I had another job lined up and this reflects how much stress employees of this org must have been under.
Yeah, I don’t agree with airing issues externally. Employees (and former employees) are all shareholders at the end of the day. This may have an impact on stock price
But … but isn’t it the best employer in the world?
Strive to be...
I mean they are in PXT
PxT.
This is exactly why we are laying people off. Too many soft people. All organizations go through layoffs, get over yourself. You're not the first of last person in history to go through this. And wtf did you expect being in pxt? You are literally hemorrhaging money without any sight to profitability.
We're not laying people off because we have "too many soft people", what an idiotic statement. We're laying people off because we overhired the last two years paired with high interest rates.
Not because we have too many soft people. You do realize how to use quotes? The too many soft people is in reference to people being shocked. We all know we over hired and layoffs were inevitable.
But if you do shavasna and have your neighbor Chad boxer test your focus by punching through your wall while you are doing shavasna, you’ll be fine through the layoffs. No big deal.

No, baba Colleen. Those who know, know.
