Everyone seems to be leaving the mixed reality org and moving to FRL or oculus. I get the culture suxorz in Kipman's org these days. But whatever, I don't care about that, I'm curious about comp. What's the compensation increase folks are seeing when they make this switch? I hear things like people are getting paid 1.5x. Anyone have numbers on their increase in cash/stock/bonus?
Why does culture suck in Kipman’s org / mixed reality group? I haven’t heard that, in fact I heard opposite and have continually been impressed by HL2, MRTK, and Azure service integrations in general. Everyone I know there is a joy to be around too
HW culture is now brutal. SW depends on which team.

I think people from hololens are getting upleveled when they move also. so that might be part of the big comp jumps?
