Things have been tense in terms of culture. Performance culture is now here, PIP is more prominent thanks to layoffs and ex-amazons coming here. There is more lack of empathy, leadership doesn’t hold up their end of the bargain.

Was based out of a different geography previously. Pursuing higher studies in Canada and now looking to join back.
