Ex-FB folks, how you got PERM employment letter from FB ?
I just started my PERM process with Google for which I need an employment verification letter (with certain skills) from FB (my former employer). I reached out to my former manager, he consulted with the HR and told me to reach out to peeps@fb.com I have emailed peeps but no response yet (it's been a week). Has any other ex-employee of FB been able to get such letter ? If so, what was the process for you and how many days did it take ? Thanks in advance. #facebook
Manager can provide personal letter And attach fb official letter with dates “Any Facebook manager can provide a personal letter, not on Facebook letterhead or signed as a Facebook employee. The letter cannot include confidential or proprietary Facebook information”

Yes got those 2. Nothing else required
Thanks for the response. Did the manager validate the skills word to word as required by USCIS? What does personal letterhead mean ?
Always learnt to get the employment verification letter once you give your notice period. It’s quicker to get it before leaving the company
PERM employment letter isn't the same as employment verification letter. It has a certain format (usually decided by your current job and your current company's lawyer).
My bad, I was referring to the experience letter. In my previous company we write it mentioning each position, role & technology stack we worked on ( also verified that format works for the immigration lawyer in my joining company ) and then your manager reviews it & signs it.
