Im currently in one hell of a situation. We have 3 sessions a week to review our sales activity per week (global/regional meetings, and a 1:1, tues/wed/thurs) and a new “pre-performance preventative plan” every two weeks on a Friday. It’s been introduced as a plan before the performance plan 💁🏼‍♂️ All advice from leadership is to get revenue and meetings with no other strategy or support. Anyone on something worse to lift my spirits up 😂 #Sales

If it makes you feel better I have 1 meeting every week with my CEO to review what we’re doing, 1 meeting with my division leader to prep for the CEO call, 2 meetings with my manager to prep for the division leader/CEO meetings, 1 1:1 with my manager to discuss details of work (we never discuss anything else) & then a team meeting with everyone on my team where my manager asks us to give feedback on each other’s work and everyone uses it as an opportunity to one-up each other and make the presenter look bad in front of the boss. 😂. (Not at Expedia, this is a startup)
