I've been interviewing for an executive business partner position at meta and was told the salary is at 90k remote in CA. Looking to see what others in this position make and if you negotiated more TC. #Meta #Facebook #admin #executiveassistant
That’s my current role and that is correct 90k base, 18k equity. I joined in August, BTW I didn’t realize Meta was still hiring due to the current climate.
Why didn't you negotiate for more? Also how do you like the role and how much work / hrs do you realistically do in a week
I love the role, I support two directors. So calendar management, SWAG orders, book trips and plan team events/facilitate is part of my role. WLB is good and work 40hours weekly.
Uhhhh we’re all getting laid off lol
Then why the hell they waste 3-4hrs interviewing me this week lmao. You have official notice your getting laid off for sure 100%?
The word is that there will be 10% layoff and teams will be impacted tomorrow. However I’ ve seen admins be hired even after the hiring freeze was announced. So who knows what’s going on. I’m guessing that after the layoffs there will be a huge reorg and leadership will need support?
What’s the job status OP?
No response yet, interview was on Tuesday. When am I suppose to follow up lol
Tomorrow. Is your recruiter still employed?
that base is rough but I find that bigger companies pay less for EAs/EBPs tbh
True. My last EBP job paid $150k start then I got bumped to $155k. New- current job lands at $145k, fully remote. I am shocked at how low Meta is paying their ea’s
