Hello! My company has asked if I’d be willing to relocate to our Dublin Ireland office. I was advised what sort of compensation adjustment I might expect and am curious if it’s inline with what others have experienced. Can anyone share details about what % their compensation was adjusted to reflect the local market when relocating internationally from SF to Dublin? Thanks in advance!
I moved other way round and my salary was increased by 45ish% living cost in Dublin is way lower than in SF (rent, food, restaurants, drinks and plane tickets to other parts of Europe).
Ha, Stripe is opening a Dublin office and we get an awesome relocation package and same pay.
Can I join stripe and then relocate?
1 year minimum tenure. This is only for 2 years. After 2 years you have to come back :). New hires will probably not get the same US pay.
Just a heads up, Dublin is kind of a shithole but it’s easy to get out of town most weekends.

Thanks!
