Expected Salary
What would you expect someone with 10 years of software development experience and 3 years of management experience be making? (Full stack experience, with cloud architecture exp, data science exp.). No degree.
Whatever that person is worth.

Name the company you are aiming to join and location. 100k in Texas is equivalent to 160k in Bay area.
Currently in NOVA area with 140k base. Looking to move on though. Flexible on area.
I would aim for TC 225-250k with 10 YOE. It can be way more depending on your knowledge and experience about real shit.
