Expected TC for IBM quantum researcher position

I expect an offer from IBM Quantum for the researcher position. I have a Ph.D. + 1-year relevant industry experience after Ph.D. The location will be Yorktown Heights, NY. 1. What band to expect for this position with my experience level? 2. What is an expected TC for a researcher with my experience level at IBM Quantum (with a breakdown of base + stocks + bonus, etc.)?
