Most likely, yes. Chase HR has a massive backlog. Iβm leaving chase this week, but my team has 7-8 open positions. One of my colleagues was telling me that the HR contact for our open positions just left β¦ so somebody has to put another HR person so we can fill our open positions. π΅βπ« That being said, somebody else said this - The salary you get will grow by 3-5% every year and most likely the bonus will be stable too. You donβt come to Chase to grow your salary during your time here, but you can grow your salary after leaving. Current TC: $166k New TC: $225k YOE: 20+
Did you join jpmc op ? If yes, how is the role like hands on , technical or purely scrum master plus manager type of role ?
