If only I can get a human as Expedia support
Should be able to change on chat or voice w/itin and phone number entered as you put it in when you booked, or just say something else until it gives you to an agent
Maybe try going through the website instead of app? Apologies I don’t have more helpful feedback I don’t work on brand Expedia- I don’t hear great things however, so I’m not super surprised.

Are you trying to log in with a browser or an app?
IOS app, sign in with google. And it says I don’t have internet connection or something
Viewing itinerary is also quite buggy, often times it fails to reload, with just the “try again” button on the page. When it does load, however, I cannot download receipt from the web version of the itinerary page - i needed it for expense, but there is no button for it. I downloaded it from the phone app instead - who knew you couldn’t do such a basic thing from a browser. Oh and when I clicked on “view receipt” in the email confirmation, the webpage just says “Sorry, something went wrong on our end”
