I have around 2-3 years of experience but only one year of industry experience with Adobe. The rest includes a startup that was more of a proof of concept with my brother and two friends and my current remote role as an AI training specialist. Despite this, I feel more junior to mid-level and unprepared for lead or senior roles. I'm looking for general software engineering roles, preferably backend or full stack, in either hybrid (in a city I like) or fully remote settings. Recently, Iโve been getting a lot of interest from recruiters for AI engineer roles, particularly lead or senior, which Iโm not looking for. Iโm comfortable with Python, JavaScript, React, and other web development libraries/frameworks. Much of my full-stack experience, including APIs, databases, and software design, comes from personal projects and startups. Iโm preparing for behavioural, technical, LeetCode, and system design interviews. I also have experience as a system administrator and freelance web designer (mostly using WordPress/website builders), but I'm unsure if these are relevant to the roles I'm applying for. Any advice on refining my resume and focusing on my job search would be greatly appreciated! #jobs #resume #resumereview
