I see some positions I want to apply for. Can anyone give any insight in working at Favor Delivery?
Workload is acceptable most of the time. Project management is lacking. Pay is mid-low compared to other Tech companies. There is a bias in my team towards POC and some light gaslighting keeping it at bay.
They just announced a RTO policy this week. Starting in summer. 2d/wk. :-(

WLB is solid. Fully remote to most states. Work is fairly trivial. You have mostly full autonomy over what you want to do. If you want to grow more technical, you get free reign. If you want more leadership, you get free reign. Downsides? Maybe comp isn’t as massive as the super large tech companies, but I’ve yet to meet a single asshole at the company.
+1 on this! Only cons would be 2 things: tech debt and low pay (you won’t be getting $300k probably half of that); however, great WLB, great people, and always room to learn new technologies.
