Why Worshipping Lord Ram Important in Hinduism?
Do you guys have plan to become VC in future? If yes how you want to transition from swe to VC? Tc 470
Great question. Been researching into this, blind is terrible place to ask this tbh, most of the people’s goal here is to get in FAANG and get a tesla so you will get stupid answers as above Ways- 1. Great opportunities if you are based out of SF. (There are like 5-6 events which happen a week) 2. Make a list of early stage founders who are doing good, make a detailed report on their analysis and send that report to other VC firms for weeks and someone will take a note at you or hire you. 3. Start angel investing and build network, if you are picking good founders and they get converted to series A,B with accel, khosla, nexus, softbank etc, you can have conversations with them and build contacts. Remember here the angel investment is via you and not via programmed ways like hustle funds etc where you hardly interact with founders 4. Apply to associate program and build on top of your current skills, if you have good experience in tech, a company investing in saas/dev tools is a good place to start. 5. VC is a lot about giving, being pessimistic, trust and connections. And it definitely gives you top par money if you are in the game for 3+ years. Tips on finding good founders: - charming personality - Ivy league schools (Berkeley, stanford, Gatech, IIT) - 2 or more founders - 26 age and below - Traumatic childhood, broken families
Step 1: get liquid investment $$ of at least $1M to and apply to become an accredited investor.
So whoever i see as partners in vc firms, do they put their own money for investments?
