I am visiting my Indian friend after many years and he recently had his first baby. I want to give them a gift card say $100 for their newborn when I visit them. I have heard Kohl, Target are good options for kids clothes. Has anyone got any better recommendations ? TC: 220K
My 2 cents; Gift him $100 bill in a gift envelope and call it education fund or open a fund & gift it that ways. Will always be appreciated of your progressive thinking. It’s waste of money and extra taxes for you too to gift a gift card of a store
Diapers, they are going to bed a lot of them. So any gift card from a store that stocks diapers.

Amazon or Target. Visa gift cards have a small fee.

Amazon gift card will look awkward but they also offer baby stuff. Otherwise I would buy a gift card from a local store that focus on baby stuff. Would go for one that is close to their home so they can get stuff fast and do not need to travel far with a kid.
