F1 OPT visa day trading
Can a person employed and having above stated visa can get involved in day trading ?

This is not a dumb question. Day trading falls in a grey area for H1 visa(from what I heard).For F1 I'm not sure,maybe consult a lawyer instead of relying on comments here

It’s still not clear but stay clear from day trading. Swinging it is safe of course.
Some one just told me recently that your visa allows you to primarily focus on your primary job. So if you are involved in day trading that means you are doing multiple jobs and can cause issues later
@CHOOOCHAYY, why are you so harsh on him? There are no dumb questions. That is something you need to learn in this country. World with people asking dumb questions are miles better than world with aholes calling names immediately for such questions.
